1. Dissatisfaction with Product Performance
If the customer is not satisfied with the product due to subjective reasons (e.g., perceived ineffectiveness), a refund request must be initiated strictly within 48 hours of product delivery.
To be considered eligible under this clause, the following conditions must be fulfilled cumulatively:

The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

The customer must return the item to our designated return facility at their own cost and risk within 7 calendar days of refund request approval.

Return initiation is valid only upon submission of a formal request via email to info@evoraparis.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation as per our courier's timestamp.

Refund shall be processed only after physical receipt and inspection of the product for tampering, dilution, usage, or any form of alteration.

No exceptions will be entertained if these timelines or conditions are not fully met.
2. Receipt of Incorrect or Mislabelled Product
If the item received does not match the product ordered (e.g., different variant, SKU, or item misplacement), the following protocol must be strictly adhered to within 48 hours of receipt:

All submissions are reviewed under internal fraud-prevention and forensic shipping protocols and may take up to 48 hours for a preliminary assessment.

If your claim is validated, an exchange or refund will be initiated; if not, the case will be closed.
3. Courier or Fulfillment Error (Product Mix-Up)
In rare events of courier-level fulfillment anomalies—where the product delivered differs from the invoice but packaging indicates correct SKU—the following evidentiary standard applies:

Upon receipt, our logistics and compliance team will perform a forensic cross-verification of the courier trail, including warehouse dispatch logs, third-party handover proof, and shipping video records.
If the claim is authenticated, we will issue a full replacement or refund. If courier-side error is not substantiated, the request shall be deemed invalid.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

In all disputes, Evora Paris reserves full right of discretion and interpretation, and our decision shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.

Claims submitted outside the aforementioned timeframes or without the required documentation shall be automatically rejected without review.

By placing an order with us, the customer expressly agrees to be bound by this policy and waives any right to initiate claims without satisfying the above conditions.
