Dissatisfaction with Product Performance

If you are unsatisfied with the effectiveness of a product, you may request a refund strictly within 48 hours of product delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You must email a formal request to info@evoraparis.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. You will then need to return the item to our designated facility at your own cost within 7 calendar days of your refund request being approved.

Please note that refunds are processed only after physical receipt and inspection of the product. We check for tampering, dilution, usage, or any form of alteration. No exceptions are made for missed timelines or unmet conditions.

Incorrect or Mislabelled Product

If the item you received does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with the following documentation: a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed packaging, the opening process, the label and product received, and the shipping label. You will also need an order confirmation screenshot and a scanned copy of a government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport).

All videos must be unedited and in clear resolution, submitted to info@evoraparis.com within 48 hours. Our team will review your claim within 48 hours for preliminary assessment. Valid claims will receive an exchange or refund. Invalid claims will close the case.

Courier or Fulfilment Error

If you receive a different product due to a mix-up on our end (despite the correct SKU on packaging), please submit the following within 48 hours of delivery: a single continuous video documenting the external condition, the mismatch, and your order details. You will also need identity proof and order confirmation.

Our team performs a forensic cross-verification of the courier trail. Authenticated claims receive a replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Evora Paris reserves full right of discretion and interpretation in all refund and return matters. Our decision is final, binding, and non-contestable.

Claims submitted outside the stated timeframes or lacking required documentation are automatically rejected.
