1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
All confirmed orders placed on our website are typically processed and dispatched within 24 business hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders received before 5:00 PM IST are usually handed over to our courier partners the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Partners
Evora Paris has partnered with leading logistics providers including Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees to ensure reliable, secure, and timely deliveries across India.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on your location:

Metro Cities: 2–3 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–5 business days

Remote or Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
Please note that delays caused by natural events, local restrictions, strikes, or courier-related issues are outside our control. However, we will proactively assist in resolving any shipment-related concerns.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real-time. If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, please email us at info@evoraparis.com with your order number.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of checkout. Evora Paris will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to:

In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within India. International orders are not supported through our website. For bulk or export inquiries, please reach out to info@evoraparis.com.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain situations may cause unavoidable delays. These include:

8. Shipping Confirmation
A detailed order summary and shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is processed and dispatched. This will include your order number, tracking ID, estimated delivery date, and courier information.
